We’re living in a time where our attention is constantly pulled in a hundred directions. The world is moving faster than our nervous systems were ever built for, and most women are carrying an invisible load of responsibilities, emotions, and expectations. Our days are full, yet so many of us feel stretched thin. Hidden behind the gates of the Rabkin Japanese Gardens is a space where that noise finally softens. A place where women can exhale more deeply, speak more honestly, and rise more fully into themselves. Join three dynamic facilitators - Kristy Joy Weidner, LCSW, CCTP-1 and Maisha Howze, MS - for a powerful retreat designed to help you reconnect with your strength, clarity, and inner leadership. This immersive, day-long experience blends mindfulness, somatic grounding, storytelling, personal reflection, and community connection. Together, we’ll explore what it means to live aligned, resourced, and unapologetically rooted in your truth.
All materials and comforts provided, including a personal journal - simply arrive as you are.
