Kristy’s goal is to assist you in gaining inner awareness on your journey to self-discovery.  It is my hope that through the therapeutic relationship you can recognize your true self and life purpose by honoring and nurturing the physical, emotional, psychological, communal, and spiritual aspects of well-being.

Maisha Howze embodies a profound commitment to her community, leveraging her extensive experience and education in social services to empower and uplift others. We utilize Maisha’s debut literary work, W.A.S.H.: Time To Do YOUR Laundry as a tool to facilitate specialized and experiential; workshops, speaking engagements, and book clubs. These events are designed to support and guide participants through their personal, reflective journey. During these workshops you will not only learn more about yourself and begin to grow from the experiences, but you will begin to capitalize off of your existing assets and nurture your areas of improvement. The workshops and other experiences are facilitated by an expert in counseling and psychology, they focus on fostering healthy relationships with others, starting from within.

Daniel Johnson | WAYWellness

Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong are complementary therapeutic modalities that are often used together in the treatment of a variety of medical conditions. This ancient holistic system incorporates the treatment of the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. Daniel Johnson, LAc, DMQ, is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese medicine herbalist. In addition, he instructs Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Introduce your team to a fully immersive experience with acupuncture, a discussion on Chinese herbal medicine, and basic Tai Chi or Qi Gong movements to instill the benefits of this holistic system of wellbeing.

Todd and Alisa Whysong, founders of the Positive Paint Project, which is a community based non-profit organization that uses visual art to promote positive mental health and suicide prevention. We believe that art can be a powerful tool for healing and connection, and we are committed to providing opportunities for people of all ages to create and share their own art. Your group/team can create canvases to screenprint and donate to the community or return them to display as they wish.
